US Federal and State laws prohibit the sale of wine, beer or spirits to anyone under 21 years of age.
It was a surprisingly sunny Friday for an August in San Francisco, and we spent it at Lisa Says Gah for a sold-out night. The girls were sipping wine, shopping the Lisa Says Gah summer collection, and stringing together their own glass bead purse charms.
New friendships were made all around the room, for some, this was the whole night, and for others, it was just the beginning.
